75 db Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the terms, rights and responsibilities for using the 75 db platform. Please read it in full before creating an account or using any service.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 75 db platform and its members ("Users"). The platform provides casino, slots, sports betting and other gaming services.
75 db reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. We will post a notice on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
75 db's Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms. It explains in detail how your personal information is collected, stored and used.
These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered final for the purposes of any interpretation.
Account and Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on 75 db, users must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must register with accurate and complete information.
- Only one account per person is allowed.
- Transferring or sharing an account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- Any change to the information provided at registration must be reported to us promptly.
2.2 Account Security
Keeping your account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Use a sufficiently strong password and change it regularly. Report any unauthorised use of your account to our support team immediately.
75 db will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a technical fault on our platform.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
If you register with incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, 75 db reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account. In such cases, any bonuses or pending withdrawals in the account may be forfeited.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
75 db is for people aged 21 or over only. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 75 db reserves the right to verify any member's age and identity at any time.
3.1 Required Documents
If identity verification is required, you may be asked to provide one of the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)
Withdrawal requests may be delayed until document verification is complete. We store your documents securely — see our Privacy Policy for details.
3.2 Protection of Minors
If someone under 21 opens an account and this is discovered during verification, the account will be closed immediately and a decision will be made regarding the return of any deposited funds. Helping a minor open an account or playing on their behalf is strictly prohibited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on 75 db is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).
Once a deposit has been credited to your account, cancellations or refunds are generally not accepted; however, if there is a technical error, please contact us.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a method registered on the account. Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal request will not be processed.
4.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing from another person's mobile banking or bank account is prohibited. The name registered on the platform and the name of the payment method owner must match. If a third-party payment is identified, withdrawals may be put on hold until the account is verified.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
75 db offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- Each promotion may be used only once per member within the specified period, unless the terms state otherwise.
- The minimum deposit to qualify for a bonus is ৳200.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — wagering must be completed first.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently may result in account cancellation.
- 75 db reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
5.3 Promotion List
Current promotions include the weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, cricket season bonus, birthday special gift and refer-a-friend reward. Game Rules
6.1 Casino and Slot Games
Each game on 75 db has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical problem or disconnection, the result will be determined from the server logs.
Exploiting any software error or bug is strictly prohibited. If such an incident is detected, the relevant winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
6.2 Sports Betting
All decisions regarding the setting and changing of odds for sports betting rest with 75 db. If a match or event is cancelled, bets are generally considered void and the stake is returned, though different rules may apply in specific cases.
6.3 Live Casino
In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a live stream is disrupted due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be confirmed from the game provider's server logs.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75 db platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
- Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
- Selling, renting or transferring an account.
- Using multiple accounts or methods with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegally obtained funds.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Colluding with other members to cheat in games.
- Attempting to pass identity verification using false or forged documents.
If any unusual activity is detected, 75 db reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may close their account at any time. Before closing your account, settle all active bets and withdraw your balance. This request can be made through our support team.
In line with the Responsible Gaming Guidelines, any member who wishes to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming may use the self-exclusion option.
8.2 Closure by 75 db
75 db may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Registering with false information.
- Involvement in fraudulent activity.
- Misuse of bonuses.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. Bonuses in an inactive account may be cancelled, but the real-money balance will be retained.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Guarantee
75 db aims to operate the platform without interruption, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. Our liability for any loss caused by such disruptions is limited.
9.2 Third-Party Services
75 db is not fully liable for the performance of third-party game providers, payment gateways or other external services. Any issues with third-party services will be resolved in accordance with the policies of the relevant provider.
9.3 Gaming Risk
All forms of betting and gaming carry the risk of losing money. 75 db never guarantees a win. We support responsible gaming and encourage players to play within their means.

9.4 Maximum Liability
In any circumstance, 75 db's liability shall be limited to a maximum of the value of the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Changes and Applicable Law
10.1 Changes to Terms
75 db reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Before significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and, where possible, inform members. If you continue using the service after changes have been made, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
10.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the individual terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between 75 db and the user. No verbal or informal promise will override these written terms.
10.3 Partial Invalidity
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.
